29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: a) 7000 Millington Road, Clayton, DE (80 Waffle Over ) - On or about September 29, 2021, the employer failed to provide machine guarding at in going nip points between the conveyor motor belts. This operational point exposed employees to caught in hazards.
