29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: At a worksite located at 1100 Presley Dr, Cassville, Missouri. Employees in the maintenance shop operating the 10 inch Craftsman table saw serial # 3031P0512, Asset # 044821-00-01, were exposed to serious injuries due to electrical shock, fire, or burns, in that the electrical cord powering the Craftsman table saw was found to be in disrepair with damaged outer insulation, and spliced with electrical tape.
