29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (a) Oak Ridge Health & Rehabilitation located at 501 Hudson St. El Dorado, Arkansas: On or about April 23, 2021, at the workplace, the employer did not ensure that employees required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators (FFRs) to protect against exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus had no facial hair interfering with the face-to-facepiece seal.
