29 CFR 1910.36(e)(2): The door that connects any room to an exit route did not swing out in the direction of exit travel when the room is a high hazard area: (a) On or about March 22, 2021, and at times prior, for the employees exposed to fire and explosions hazards while cleaning in the powdered sugar mill room, a Class II Div 1 area, where the door swings into the room at 7525 Red River Road in Wahpeton, North Dakota.
