29 CFR 1910.266(f)(3)(viii): Each machine manufactured on or before August 1, 1996 did not have a cab which met the requirements specified in paragraph (f)(3)(vii) or a protective canopy for the operator which met the requirements specified in (f)(3)(viii)(A) through (f)(3)(viii)(D): a) The employer is failing to protect employees from caught-in-between and crushing hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 11, 2021, when employees worked at 964 Highway AA in Alton, MO. Employees operated a Ford New Holland (Model: L-783 / Serial No. 778577) skid steer that was not equipped with cab side screens that would prevent the operator from coming into contact with the skid steer lift arm.
