29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide effective, comprehensive, understandable, annual respirator training to employees who are required to use respirators: (a) Transdev Services, Inc., at 7500 E 41st Avenue, Denver, CO: On and preceding 2/17/2021, the employer did not provide annual comprehensive, understandable training. Employees were required to wear 3M model 07182 half mask air purifying respirators with P100 filters when welding, spray painting, or grinding. The employees did not receive comprehensive respirator training. This condition exposed employees to a respiratory hazard.
