29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: Colonnade Senior Development, LLC dba The Colonnade Senior Living, 700 Weber Road, O'Fallon, IL 62269: On or about 02/28/2021, the employer did not ensure that employees required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators were fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator. The employer required employees in the facility to wear an N95 filtering facepiece respirator when entering the rooms of known COVID-19 positive residents to administer care.
