29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Paint Booth: On or about February 23, 2021 and at times prior to, employees were exposed to inhalation hazards from vapors to include ethyl acetate, isobutyl acetate and n-butyl acetate and the employer did not ensure employee had a fit test when required to wear a half mask tight fitting respirators during spraying job tasks.
