29 CFR 1926.452(n)(3): Ladders used to support step, platform, and trestle ladder scaffolds shall be placed, fastened, were not equipped with devices to prevent slipping: On about December 2, 2020, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet, while working from a supported scaffold, on a commercial construction site in Arthur, Illinois, and the ladders used to support the scaffold were not placed, fastened, or equipped with devices to prevent slipping.
