29 CFR 1910.38(d):29 CFR 1910.38(d): The employer did not have and maintain an employee alarm system so that it complied with the requirements of 1910.165: On or about December 7, 2020 and at prior and subsequent thereto in the Treatment Services Area of the Eco Services Operations Houston manufacturing facility, workers were exposed to hazards of fire when the reset panel for the fire suppression system alarm did not function properly to return the alarm system to normal operating condition after testing and spare parts were not available in sufficient quantity and location for prompt restoration of the system.
