29 CFR 1926.502(d)(20): The employer did not provide for prompt rescue of employees in the event of a fall or did not assure that employees were able to rescue themselves: (a) On or about September 29, 2020 and times prior thereto at the jobsite the employer relied on another employer to provide rescue services in the event of a fall and did not assure that employees were able to rescue themselves. Employees working near pier foundation holes C8 and C9 were exposed to the hazard of 37-feet to the ground below.
