29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4)(iii):The employer did not assure that employees use a sufficient length of hose between the clip-on chuck and the in-line valve which allows the employee to stand outside the trajectory while inflating tires on rim wheels; a) At the facility, in front of and in the maintenance shop, on or about September 16, 2020, the employer did not insure a sufficient lengthy of hose between the inline valve and the air-chuck, used by employees to inflate rim tires, thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
