29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) At the facility, 6818 Delilah Avenue, Egg Harbor Township NJ: The employer did not provide qualitative or quantitative fit tests for employees including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Housekeeping staff. The employees provided direct care and services to suspected and/or confirmed COVID-19 positive patients. The employees were provided with, and required to wear, N95 respirators. Violation occurred on 4/19/2020, and thereafter.
