29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Facility at 305A Maple Street, East Longmeadow, MA: On and before May 18, 2020, employees were required to wear N95 filtering-facepiece respirators while providing care such as feeding, washing, and dressing for residents who had tested positive for COVID-19, and the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees' ability to use a respirator.
