29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Mt. Bethel Management Company, LLC, dba Mt. Bethel Village, 130 Mt. Bethel Rd., Warren, NJ: The employer did not fit test employees who were required to wear N95 tight-fitting filtering facepiece respirators at the work place. Employees such as Direct Support Staff were evaluating, caring for, and treating suspected and confirmed COVID-19 residents. Violation occurred on or about 04/8/2020 and after.
