29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Water's Edge Healthcare & Rehab Center, LLC. - 512 Union Street, Trenton NJ: On or about 05/02/2020 and after, the employer exposed employees to cardio pulmonary illness due to COVID-19 exposure when they did not provide qualitative or quantitative fit tests for employees while providing care to COVID-19 positive/suspected patients. Employees were provided with and required to wear respirators such as but not limited to the Gerson 2130 N95, MYKYC 9051A N95, and the 3M N95-8210.
