29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator or annually refitted: (a) Carroll Manor located at 725 Buchanan St. NE, Washington D.C. 20017: On or about May 20, 2020, the employer did not provide an initial fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees working on the 3rd Floor West COVID-19 Wing to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against SARS-CoV-2 while performing housekeeping duties in the rooms of suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents. (b) Carroll Manor located at 725 Buchanan St. NE, Washington D.C. 20017: On or about May 20, 2020, the employer did not provide an annual fit test to all employees who were previously fit tested and required to wear respirators.
