29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) On or about April 17, 2020, Greystone Healthcare Management Corp. did not ensure that employees were fit tested prior to requiring employees to use N95 filtering facepiece respirators. Employees taking care of residents and assisting residents with activities of daily living in the 1200 and 1300 wings of the facility were required to wear respiratory protection including, but not limited to, 3M 8200, SH9550 N95, SH9550C N95, or SH9550A N95 filtering facepiece respirators.
