29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: a) At the facility, COVID-19 Patient Isolation Wing - On or about May 2, 2020, and thereafter, the employer did not provide comprehensive respiratory protection training for the nurses and staff who were directly treating and working with COVID-19 positive patients, and were required to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators for protection against the hazard of the COVID-19 virus.
