29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Third Floor Skilled Nursing Unit (Mountain View): Employees, including, but not limited to, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, are required to wear 3M N95 respirators to provide protection from COVID-19. The employer did not conduct fit testing prior to initial use of 3M N95 respirators for affected employees, on or about 4/16/20, and thereafter.
