29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) 250 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ. On or about April 23, 2020 and continuing thereafter, the employer did not provide fit tests for employees, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Patient Care Assistants, who were required to wear N95 filtering face piece respirators when working with residents, including those under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive.
