29 CFR 1910.266(i)(1): The employer shall provide training for each employee, including supervisors, at no cost to the employee. a) Millcreek Lumber, LLC, at a woodlot located adjacent to 6430 Township Highway 235: On and/or preceding April 23, 2020, the employer did not ensure each employee was provided safety and health training. On April 22, 2020, the victim was felling trees when a small tree fell, resulting in an adjacent dead tree falling back towards the victim, striking the victim.
