29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Unit A1, 1 O'Brien Lane, Andover, NJ, 07821 The employer required employees, including, but not limited to, LPNs and CNAs to wear N-95 respirators while caring for residents including those under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive. However, the employer did not provide these employees with a fit test to ensure the respirator fit properly to protect them from exposure to the virus. Violation occurred on or about 4/17/20 and thereafter.
