29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: Paint line operations area: On or about February 26, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to an undue physiological burden while voluntarily wearing 3M half-facepiece respirators with cartridges to perform paint line operations, without a current medical evaluation provided to them.
