29 CFR 1910.29(f)(4): An opening in a stair rail system exceeded 19 inches at its least dimension: (a) Middle Floor: On or about January 31, 2020 and times prior, the stairs accessed by employees, did not have a midrail installed on the stair railing which allowed an opening greater than 19 inches between the stair tread and stair rail.
