29 CFR 1926.451(f)(1): Scaffold and/or scaffold components were loaded in excess of their maximum intended loads or rated capacities, whichever was less: At the jobsite located at 525 Branson Landing Blvd. in Branson Missouri: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard. Carpenter was cutting formwork while standing on guardrail. Employee fell approximately 12 feet when the scaffold component the employee was working from was loaded in excess of maximum intended load.
