29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. (a) Weather Watch Restoration, Inc., on or about October 29th, 2019, at the location of 1247 West Erie Ave., Lorain, OH, 44052: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet and struck by falling object hazards while using portable ladders to access a roof to perform residential roofing activities without the benefit of a training program to identify the hazards associated with ladder usage and procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.
