29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Hammer One Construction located at 2750 Welsford Road Upper Arlington, OH 43221: On and preceding September 19, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees wore hard hat while performing work on the lower levels of the project below other workers. Framers were installing walls and other framing pieces on the second floor and roof of a home that varied from 10-19 feet with the employees working at different levels. The employees were not utilizing head protection which exposed them to struck by hazards to the head.
