29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Powered industrial truck(s) which were used on a daily basis were not examined for defects before each shift: The employer is failing to ensure that powered industrial trucks were inspected prior to each shift or being placed in service. This has most recently documented on or about August 30, 2019 at Pomp's Tire Service at 4101 West O Street, Lincoln, NE 68528. Daily or before-use service inspections were being performed on the three PITs used in the warehouse area.
