29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: Fabrication shop, 15 Linwood Street, Somerville, MA a) On or about August 22, 2019, an employee was exposed to the release of hazardous energy from a press brake that was not locked out during a change of dies. Employees were not trained on the purpose of the energy control program, or hazards associated with lockout/tagout.
