29 CFR 1910.215(a)(1): Abrasive wheels on machines were not provided with safety guards: Superior Farms at 4900 Clarkson Street, Denver, CO 80216: On or about August 2, 2019, the employer did not ensure that abrasive wheels were used only on machines provided with safety guards. The gap between the work rest and the wheel on the Dayton Industrial Grinder, Model No. 1Z707X was measured to be more than one-eighth of an inch. The gap between the wheel and the tongue guard was measured to be more than one-fourth of an inch. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
