29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) 512 Forest Rd, Hazleton, PA: a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures for machinery in the production area, including but not limited to the Nissei One Stage Biaxial Orientation Stretch Blow Molding Machine (N4), was not performed, on or about July 18, 2019. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required. Pretium Packaging LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044386, citation number 1 item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on 3/26/15, with respect to a workplace located at 200 W 20th St, Hermann, Missouri.
