29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(ii): The employer shall ensure that employees do not enter eating and drinking areas with protective work clothing or equipment unless surface chromium (VI) has been removed from the clothing and equipment by methods that do not disperse chromium (VI) into the air or onto an employee's body. The employer is failing to protect employees when eating or drinking in specified areas, where the hazard of chromium VI is known. This was most recently documented on July 7, 2019 at 1200 N. Centennial Drive Wayne, NE 68787. The employer is not requiring employees who wear protective clothing to remove the contaminants or clothing in such a way that does not spread the contaminants in the air.
