29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: The employer does not ensure boxes stored in tiers are stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. This violation was observed on or about June 3, 2019, at the north games storage area, boxes of prizes were not secured against sliding or collapse exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure boxes stored in tiers are stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.
