29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) Facility - On or about April 02, 2019 the employer had not provided adequate training to the employees on energy control procedures for equipment such as but not limited to, 5 overhead cranes, prior to employees performing servicing and maintenance exposing employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards.
