29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: a. On or about March 21, 2019, the employer did not ensure that each employee was trained in the use of personal protective equipment. Employees who performed pouring operations were exposed to burn injuries from molten metal in that employees were not aware when or what PPE was necessary during pouring operations such as, but not limited to, furnace tending, assisting, and pouring.
