29 CFR 1926.702(j)(1): Employees were permitted to perform maintenance or repair activity on equipment (such as compressors, mixers, screens, or pumps used for concrete and masonry construction activities) where the accidental start-up of the equipment was not eliminated by use of lock out/tag out procedures: Jobsite: On February 27, 2019, an employee was severely injured when his hand got caught in a concrete pump while attempting to clean it. The pump had not been locked out and tagged.
