29 CFR 1926.405(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures or in wet locations the enclosures were not weatherproof: a) Job site, 100 West Station Square, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 1, 2019, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that a temporary electrical system was appropriately installed in that it was used in a wet/damp area but was not of a waterproof type and was not protected in some manner to keep moisture from entering it.
