29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(iii): Intermediate vertical members were not installed so they were no more than 19 inches apart: a) On or about 02/26/2019, throughout establishment, employees were exposed to fall hazards when walking on the conveyor belts to perform regular job duties, which did not have an adequate guardrail system. The guardrail had intermediate vertical members that were installed more than 19 inches apart. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
