29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A.) U.S. Bronze Foundry and Machine, Inc., 18649 Brake Shoe Road, Meadville, PA 16335, on or about February 18, 2019 and times prior thereto: Employees were performing service and maintenance work on equipment including, but not limited to, the Bullard 66" Cutmaster mill (machine #1868). The employer did not perform periodic inspections of the energy control procedures.
