29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(iii): (iii) Each ship stairs and alternating tread type stairs was not equipped with handrails on both sides. (a)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees performing work from platforms in the east wash bay were protected from fall hazards in that, the platforms did not have handrails on both sides of the stairs. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 5 feet.
