29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 and did not make it available for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: a) Third Floor Hallway - On September 9, 2018, the employer did not maintain a copy of the written safety related work practice procedures outlined in 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2) for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives, and for employees performing work on or near exposed energized parts such as adding a new electrical feed for an automatic coffee maker that was going to need 220-200 volt power.
