29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(i): Materials being hoisted were not rigged to prevent unintentional displacement: (a) On August 25th, 2018 and at times prior employees were exposed to being struck by a horizontal beam, that was rigged with a synthetic strap with only one leg and attached to a fork on the rough terrain forklift in the vicinity of 72nd Avenue NW & 38th Street NW in Parshall, ND.
