29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee had been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in the following areas: (i) The nature of fall hazards in the work area (ii) The correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling, and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used a) Nobo Construction, LLC, 5018 Mt. Pawnee, Frederick, CO 80504: On and before August 21, 2018 the employer did not assure that each employee had been trained, as necessary, by a competent person qualified in the nature of fall hazards in the work area and the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling, and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used. An employee fell 19 feet from a second tier roof and sustained fractures to the elbow and ankle and a partial collapsed lung.
