29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: a.) BPC Management Group, LLC dba Turning Point Chemical Dependency Treatment Center, Water room area, on or about June 13th, 2018, and times prior thereto: Employees were potentially exposed to eye and/or face hazards during work tasks including, but not limited to, pouring, handling, and/or the transferring of corrosive chemicals during water treatment operations. Company employees were not provided with complete and effective personal protective equipment training in that, company employees did not utilize eye and/or face protection at all times during work operations with corrosive chemicals.
