29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): On or about May 23, 2018, the employer did not mark the doorway leading to another company in the machine area as "not an exit". The company has designated two doors that lead to the backside of the building which houses another company as not to be used as an exit. Both of the doors were not marked. The company had material in front of the door to prevent anyone going into the other area.
