29 CFR 1910.29(b)(3): Guardrail systems were not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds applied in a downward or outward direction within 2 inches of the top edge, at any point along the top rail: On or about 5/15/2018 at 1298 Old Alpharetta Highway Alpharetta, GA, workers were exposed to fall hazards of 11-feet, 4-inches to the concrete lower level from the mezzanine during activities including but not limited to working at the workbenches and walking in and around the areas where the chains covering the openings that were secured by "keychain" type carabineers connected to short shank "I" bolts which were sunken into stacked 2 X 4 atop OSB walls were not stable.
