29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Reptile house attic and habitat area - On or about 02/23/2018 - 03/24/2018, employees were required by the employer to don filtering facepiece (N95) respirators while using jack-hammers and power saws to perform manual demolition of structures including concrete walls, rock features, wooden benches, and louvres. Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator. NO ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
