29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: (a) On or about March 29, 2018, and at times prior thereto, The Metaltech 6' Baker Scaffold had defects in that three of the four insert casters were attached with wire and did not have an effective means of locking them in place to prevent inadvertent movement of the scaffold.
