29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Residential Shop Construction, 5011 E. Roberts Ln. Nampa, Idaho 83651: On or about March 1, 2018 and at times prior thereto; a framer working from a mobile scaffold at a height greater than 10 feet was not protected by a guardrail system or a personal fall arrest system to prevent a fall onto concrete ground.
